Open Container in Motor Vehicle

It is illegal to have an open container of beer or wine in a motor vehicle of any kind while on the public highways of South Carolina.   The penalty for this is up to a $100 fine or thirty days in jail.

Being convicted of any crime is serious, and you need legal representation to defend yourself.  If you’ve been charged with having an Open Container in South Carolina, contact the law firm of Bernstein & Bernstein for help.
