Between 100 and 200 grams of cocaine
- Mandatory minimum of 25 years in jail without possibility of probation or suspension
- $50,000 fine
Between 200 and 400 grams of cocaine
- Mandatory minimum of 25 years in jail without possibility of probation or suspension
- $100,000 fine
Greater than 400 grams of cocaine
- Mandatory minimum of 25 years, and up to 30 years in jail without possibility of probation or suspension
- $200,000 fine
